Meet Our Founders of Schwab and Schwab

In conjunction with Mr. G. Joe Schwab, one of the founders of Schwab and Schwab, who has been involved in representing the disabled in many types of disability claims since January of 1979, the other two founders of Schwab and Schwab (MySocialSecurityClaim.com) are Mr. David Lybbert and Mr. Jeffrey Schwab.

Mr. Lybbert was admitted to practice law on June 4, 1986 and Mr. Jeffrey Schwab was admitted to practice law on June 6, 1995. Today and throughout much of their practice years they have focused their practice on representing disabled persons seeking Social Security Disability benefits. Over the past three years, faced with both liberal and conservative judges, they have had a combined success rate of 85%. That is, historically they have obtained 85 favorable decisions per each 100 cases they have appealed, and they appeal all cases as long as the person reports they are unable to work and eligible for benefits; there is no other screening process so they are not appealing only the good cases.

On an individual basis over the last 3 years, there was a success rate as high of 98% in one year and as low as 76% in another year. As the founders, they will use their experience to guide their staff, paralegals and the attorney representative assigned to your case through the Social Security claims and appeal process.
